Full Truckload (FTL) Shipping Across Canada and the USA
When your freight fills a trailer, or needs one to itself, full truckload is the fastest and safest way to move it. Sethi International runs 60+ modern power units out of Milton, Ontario, pulling dedicated 53-foot trailers direct from your dock to your consignee with no terminal transfers.
When to choose FTL over LTL
Full truckload makes sense when you ship roughly 10 or more pallets, when freight is fragile or high-value and should not be handled at terminals, or when delivery timing matters. The trailer is yours, so it moves straight to destination.
Equipment for every load
Beyond dry vans, our FTL service covers refrigerated, flatbed, Roll-Tite and step deck trailers, plus power-only moves for shippers with their own trailers.
Full Truckload (FTL) FAQ
What is full truckload (FTL) shipping?
Full truckload shipping means one shipper's freight occupies an entire trailer, which travels directly from pickup to delivery without stopping at terminals to load or unload other freight.
What is the difference between FTL and LTL?
FTL dedicates a whole trailer to one shipment and moves it direct. LTL (less than truckload) combines smaller shipments from several shippers in one trailer, which costs less for small loads but adds handling and transit time.
Where does Sethi International run FTL loads?
We run full truckload lanes throughout Canada and the continental United States from our base in Milton, Ontario, including cross-border service.
