Flatbed, Roll-Tite and Step Deck Trucking
Machinery, steel and building materials need open-deck equipment. Sethi International runs flatbed, Roll-Tite and step deck trailers across Canada and the USA, with side and crane loading and weather protection when your cargo needs it.
Why Roll-Tite?
A Roll-Tite trailer is a flatbed with a retractable tarp system. It loads like a flatbed from the side or top, then closes to protect high-value cargo from rain, snow and road debris, without the time it takes to tarp by hand.
Flatbed or step deck?
Standard flatbeds suit most industrial loads. Step deck trailers have a lowered deck, which gives more height clearance for tall machinery and equipment that would exceed legal height on a flatbed.
Flatbed & Roll-Tite FAQ
What is a Roll-Tite trailer?
A Roll-Tite is a flatbed trailer fitted with a retractable, rolling tarp system. It can be loaded from the side or by crane like a flatbed, then fully covered to protect cargo from weather and road debris.
What freight goes on a flatbed?
Flatbeds carry freight that cannot be loaded through trailer doors or needs side or crane loading, such as industrial machinery, steel, lumber and construction materials.
When should I use a step deck trailer?
Use a step deck when your cargo is too tall for a standard flatbed. The lower deck provides extra height clearance for tall machinery and heavy equipment.
